Realizing that not all customers furnishing needs may be alike, we welcome the opportunity to customize options directed to your needs. Discovery of solutions unique to you begins by speaking with one of our Leasing Account Representatives, where a dedicated, customized plan will be composed.  Following creation of your new account with Northeast Furniture, simple order placement may be realized utilizing either E-mail or phone/fax service. Reliable local and multi-state delivery/set-up is completed in a timely fashion, generally within 24-72 hours of order placement, schedule permitting. If at any time during the lease term the need should arise for a requested furniture change or a service/repair call, delivery or rectification of the issue is resolved as quickly as possible. For ease of accounting, group billing may be made available to multi-lease accounts. At the end of the lease term, we strive for pick-up completion of all furnishings within 14 days or less, schedule permitting. Continual attention to your account and overall customer satisfaction is of unparalleled importance to each of us, and remains so  throughout the entire length of your lease.
