Q ~ Can I buy online or pay over the phone?
A ~ No. All purchases must be made in person at The Clearance Center.
Q ~ Is financing available?
A ~ No ~ We accept cash, credit, debit and gift cards from most major credit card providers such as Visa and MasterCard.
Q ~ Is delivery available?
A ~ Yes. Local deliveries of Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Youngstown and areas in between are $65 plus tax no matter if it is one piece or an entire house full. Depending on the time of day your purchase is completed and how busy the schedule is, you may be able to get delivery as soon as the next business day. Delivery days are Monday thru Friday. *No weekend deliveries.* We do not remove or discard your old furniture.
Q ~ Can I put down a deposit to hold an item?
A ~ No. All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. However, we can hold an item until the end of the next business day.
Q ~ How soon before I can pickup my purchased items?
A ~ You can take them right then and there. Or, you have up to thirty days from purchase date to pick them up. We will help you load your items into your vehicle. Twine, cardboard and plastic is available to protect your items during transit. However, you are responsible to secure your load onto your vehicle.
Q ~ I seen something I liked but it was marked as sold. Can I order one?
A ~ No. Although special ordering is not available, the desired item may be on order and expected in soon. Please make sure to speak with a salesman. If you would like we can take your name and number and call when the shipment comes in. The next order could be in as soon as a week.
